Neo Legegend Tigers Hapkido School was founded in Piscataway in New Jersey in 1996 and Grand Master Dae Cheol Song taught his students approximately 3 years and 6 months in this state before he moved down to Virginia. In 1999, Grand Master Dae Cheol Song moved down to Virginia and opened his school in Herndon. Since 1999, Grand Master Song produced 2 head master(s) the 6th degree black belt holder(s), 3 master insructor(s) the 5th degree black belt holder(s), 6 masters, the 4th degree black belt holders, 12 assistant masters, the 3rd degree black belt holders, 10 teachers, the 2nd degree black belt holders, and 22 instructors, the 1st degree black belt holders. He has produced the total 50 black belt holders so far. All black belt holders in Hapkido took the official black belt exam and the certificates issued by the KHF were awarded. Grand Master Dae Cheol Song with other masters is still dedicating himself to teach color belt and black belt students in Hapkido for the future of American martial arts.
