Meet The masters
NL Tigers Taekwondo and Hapkido is being taught by three masters. The world famous grand master D. C. Song , majored in martial arts and physical education in College of martial arts in Yongin University and came in this country in 1995. Since he started teaching Korean martial arts, Taekwondo and Hapkido, in New Jersey and Northern Virginia, he has produced 267 official black belt students including 1st degree, 2nd degree, 3rd degree, 4th degree (master), 5th degree (master instructor), and 6th degree (head master) and is still dedicated to teaching martial arts for the future black belt students and training martial arts for further development of Taekwondo and Hapkido.
The head master T. D. Wolf started Hapkido under grand master Song in 1999 as the first member of NL Tigers. After training Hapkido for 9 years, he became a Hapkido master in October, 2007 and Taekwondo master in 2016 after 9 years training in NL Tigers Hapkido and Taekwondo. Since then, he has been teaching Taekwondo and Hapkido independently in NL Tigers Taekwondo and Hapkido. He has been training Hapkido over 26 years in NL Tigers and achieved the 6th degree black belt certified by the Korean Hapkido Federation. In addition to this, he achieved the 4th black belt certified by the World Taekwondo Federation.
